We at SOLARSTAR CORPORATION are proud to belong to the pioneers of the application of this technology in the Philippine arena since 2010 when photovoltaic cells were still practically unknown to most of the residents in this country.
SOLARSTAR CORPORATION, born out of the desire of its founder Mr. Alfonso Romero Soriano, who had been witness to the wide application of renewable energy systems and their benefits, while he was working abroad in China, started Solarstar Marketing in 2010 with its first office in Antipolo City and later grew rapidly when he moved to Cebu City. The company’s installations all over the Philippine archipelago energizing residential homes, island resorts, hospitals, military camps and agricultural farms and even responding to calls for assistance for calamity-hit areas like in Tacloban Leyte during typhoon Yolanda, setting up power for temporary evacuation centers and putting up feeding centers for the victims.
With his growing clientele base and increasing awareness on the benefits of utilizing renewable energy such as from solar and wind, Mr. Romero initiated the expansion of his company, inviting partners to handle the finance, management and marketing functions that he may focus on his primary skills on systems design and installation. Thus, on November 21, 2020, the SOLARSTAR CORPORATION was established.
